Summer Training Program
Beginning Monday, June 3rd
Open to all incoming high school athletes. The summer program will be focused on building the general athletic abilities needed for sports. For younger athletes there will be a special emphasis on proper technique. All athletes will learn how to perform and progress in the following barbell exercises: squat, deadlift, bench, standing press, and power clean.
1. Increase general athletic performance (strength, speed, agility, mobility)
2. Decrease the likelihood of athletic-related injury
3. Build positive, encouraging relationships with the Ladue athlete community
Training Groups and Times:
Male Athletes: 8:30-10:30 AM
Female Athletes: 10:30-12:30 PM
Training days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday beginning on June 3rd
