The link below is a general speed, agility, and conditioning program for our Ladue student-athletes. In this program, speed is trained on Monday and Thursday; agility and anaerobic capacity (conditioning) are trained on Tuesday and Friday. Many of the drills have links to video demos. If you have any questions about the program please email Coach Dillon (firstname.lastname@example.org). These workouts are not mandatory. If you have the ability to do them please continue to practice social distancing while doing so.
