At-Home Workouts

While we must all be practicing physical social distancing at this time, it is important to stay active not only for physical health but also mental health. I have developed some home-based workout guidelines and have shared them in the link below. One of the challenges to training from home, especially strength training, is equipment limitations.

Speech and Debate – March 21st Updates

There have been a few more updates regarding our schedule for the rest of the school year. As always, we are grateful for the speech and debate organizations that continue to put the health and safety of all involved first. Speech & Debate Season Updates

Several changes have been made to the the speech and debate schedule for the remainder of the school year due to COVID-19 and efforts to limit exposure and the spread of the virus. These are difficult decisions to make and we are grateful to the leadership shown by all of these organizations to put the

Spring Activities – Up-date

All school activities have been suspended until school resumes.  No practices, mandatory or optional until we return to school.  Athletic and activity facilities will also be closed during this time.

Spring break practices canceled

Due to health concerns, all Spring break practices will be canceled. We will resume practice when school resumes. While we all look forward to the start of the season, the health of our players and families is first and foremost for all of us. Please do your best to stay in shape let me know

Track Fundraiser Cards

Please continue with our fundraiser cards over break. The first check point will be Monday, March 23rd. The due date to sell all cards is Friday March 27th.
