LHWHS State Champions Visit State Capital-Apr. 24

  The 2019 LHWHS State Champions were invited to visit the Missouri State Capital today. The athletes were able to meet State Representatives Dean Plocher (Ladue Alum ’88) and Tracy McCreery, as well as Senator Jill Schupp. It was an honor and a day to remember.

Summer Weight Training-Mark Your Calendars!

All LHWHS athletes are welcome to attend summer weight training, June 3 through Aug. 2, 2019. Athletes should meet in the lower fitness center at the following times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: Male Athletes: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Female Athletes: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Jake Mann Class 3 120lb. State Champion

Jake Mann came into the weekend as Class 3’s #1 ranked wrestler and finished just that.  In one of the most dominant performances of the tournament, Mann pinned all of his opponents on his way to the state title.  This is Ladue’s fiirst state champion since 1966 and 4th overall. He finished his sophomore season

Rams Qualify 4 Wrestlers to the State Tournament

After a long and grueling weekend at St. Charles High School, the Rams wrestling team competed in the district tournament where individuals would have to place in the top 4 to qualify for the state championships.  Manar Fajors and Jake Mann both had fantastic tournaments, both going 4-0, both winning their respective weight classes, and both qualifying

Rams Finish Dual Season with Win Over McCluer

After a polar vortex day off, then a snowy late start morning, the rams and comets were able to wrestle their twice delayed dual.  Unfortunately, McCluer was had a snow day and was missing several starters.  The rams still traveled McCluer to get the meet in and wrestled several matches coming away with a 60-21 victory.  Callen Morley

Rams Beat Pattonville and Ritenour in Last Home Dual

Ladue took on two conference opponents Wednesday night, and won both meets.  The rams battled Pattonville down to the last match.  Wins came from Manar Fajors, Sam Gallemore, Jack Madden, Callen Morley, and Patrick Kovalak.  Lastly, the rams wrestled Ritenour who was unfortunately down for the season having only 4 varsity wrestlers in their lineup.
