Mandatory Impact Testing

If you are an incoming freshman or if you are new to LHWHS participating in a FALL sport, you must complete concussion Impact Testing. Freshman Summer Swimming & Diving Contact Days Scheduled

The Ladue High School Varsity Boys & Girls Swimming & Diving Teams will have “Freshman Summer Swimming & Diving Contact Days” scheduled on Saturday, June 8th and 15th from 9:00am-12:00pm ALL incoming Freshman are encouraged to contact Head Coach Gentry to schedule a brief, 20-minute time slot to meet either Saturday morning at the Ladue

Summer Weight Training-Mark Your Calendars!

All LHWHS athletes are welcome to attend summer weight training, June 3 through Aug. 2, 2019. Athletes should meet in the lower fitness center at the following times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: Male Athletes: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Female Athletes: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
