LHWHS Strength & Conditioning Begins March 1

Off-season strength and conditioning will be available for LHWHS students beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, from 2:45 – 5 p.m. Athletes need to enter Door #16 and exit through the Nielson Lobby. Boys Swim & Dive beat Lindbergh, 115-71

On Thursday October 22nd, The Ladue Boys Swimming & Diving team hosted Class 2 conference foe Lindbergh Flyers for a dual meet.  Riding a two-meet winning streak, the Rams had another superb effort and beat the Flyers handily, 115-71.  The victory extends the Rams’ Suburban Red conference record to 7-2 and its overall dual meet

Boys Swim & Dive beat Parkway South, 101-85

On Tuesday October 13th, The Ladue Boys Swimming & Diving team traveled to Class 2 Parkway South for a dual meet.  Bouncing back from a close loss to powerful Parkway Central the week before, the Rams scored a dramatic come-from-behind victory, taking the meet 101-85.  Using its roster of state-qualifying superstars, South took a 42-36
