LHWHS Strength & Conditioning Begins March 1

Off-season strength and conditioning will be available for LHWHS students beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, from 2:45 – 5 p.m. Athletes need to enter Door #16 and exit through the Nielson Lobby. Athletes must also complete the Covid screening everyday prior to arrival. The screening link is below. The program is designed to help increase strength


Are you planning on participating in a spring sport this year? The first day of Water Polo is Feb. 22  , all other spring sports begin March 1, 2021.  Details about specific team practices will be posted soon. We encourage students to turn in the needed paperwork to the Activities Office as soon as possible.  Athletes will NOT be permitted

Soccer All-Conference Announced!

Congratulations to LHWHS Soccer Athletes: Greyson Watkins and Jahan Robinson for making All Conference 1st Team. Also, congratulations to Jacob Korn, Grayson Francis and Danny Fischer for being named All Conference 2nd Team. Lastly, congratulations to Jack Kirby for receiving the Sportsmanship winner! LHWHS vs. Clayton-District Soccer Championships-Nov. 3
