LHWHS Strength & Conditioning Begins March 1

Off-season strength and conditioning will be available for LHWHS students beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, from 2:45 – 5 p.m. Athletes need to enter Door #16 and exit through the Nielson Lobby. St Louis Suburban Conference Spectator Guidelines For events taking place at any Suburban Conference school in St. Louis County the following guidelines will be in place, beginning Monday, Sept. 28, 2020: No spectators will be allowed at any indoor events.
