LHWHS Strength & Conditioning Begins March 1

Off-season strength and conditioning will be available for LHWHS students beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, from 2:45 – 5 p.m. Athletes need to enter Door #16 and exit through the Nielson Lobby. LHWHS Spectator Guidelines & Expectations: No Spectators at Indoor Events Outdoor LHWHS Events: Admission vouchers will be distributed and are required for admission.  Two family members per participant from both the home and visiting schools are allowed entrance, with vouchers. Do not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to event. Masks and social distancing are required
