LHWHS Strength & Conditioning Begins March 1

Off-season strength and conditioning will be available for LHWHS students beginning Monday, March 1, 2021, from 2:45 – 5 p.m. Athletes need to enter Door #16 and exit through the Nielson Lobby. Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving Downed by Parkway South

The Ladue Rams Girls Swimming & Diving team hosted Villa Duchesne and Visitation Academy on Tuesday, January 27th in a triple-dual (3 dual meets in one) meet, where each team competes against the other two simultaneously.  In grand fashion, the Rams swept both challengers by nearly identical margins – 71-30 over Viz, and 71-31 over
